Expentia is an expense management app that helps you track and organize spending, including receipt scanning and analytics.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Expentia may offer subscription tiers. Payment is processed by the platform app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscription management (including cancellation and renewal settings) is handled through your device’s store account settings (Apple ID settings on iOS, Google Play subscription settings on Android).

5. Data & Privacy

6. AI Features Disclaimer

AI-powered extraction and analytics are provided for convenience and may contain errors. You should review and verify extracted data.

7. Prohibited Use

• Do not misuse the App, attempt to bypass security, or access the service in an unauthorized manner.
• Do not upload malicious content.
• Do not reverse engineer or interfere with the App’s operation except where permitted by law.

8. Termination & Account Deletion

You may stop using the App at any time. You may also delete your account in the App under Settings → Security → Danger Zone → Delete Account.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
